Party Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum 10 in a party.

  • £20 non-refundable deposit to be paid to secure booking.

  • Final balance, guest names, final numbers and food choices are required 1 week before the party to allow for food and staffing levels to be finalised.

  • NO REFUND can be given once final balance has been paid.

  • In unforeseen circumstances we may consider rescheduling a party, however we can only offer a refund if the centre is declared closed.

  • Cakes are provided by you. If you would like your cake cutting to give out to party guests this will be done by your party host. NO KNIVES can be given out into the main area due to health & safety reasons.

  • Please feel free to bring your own balloons and decorations but unfortunately we cannot allow confetti, party poppers or firework candles. 

  • All children attending Just Play must pay to enter. This applies equally to children who come to a party but may not be on the guest list, a sibling for example who comes separately. This rule applies regardless of child's age. 

  • If non-allergic food is requested, we cannot guarantee 100% that our kitchen or preparation areas will be entirely free of allergenic contamination.
